Q. How do I make a reservation?
There are two ways to book a reservation in our beautiful oceanfront complex. You can book on our website directly with a Saturday arrival and departure or give us a call. If you have any questions just call our friendly staff at 386.427.3551 select prompt #2. The reservation holder must present a Driver’s License or state issued identification at check-in. Please note that the minimum age for booking and check-in is 25.
At the time of booking a $500 down payment on the rent charge will be applied to your credit card. The balance will be due dates vary per the schedule below:
STAYS OF 1 MONTH OR LESS: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
STAYS OF 2 OR MORE MONTHS: The first month is due 60 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance is due (in full) at check-in.

Q. Is there a Security Deposit?
Guests of Sea Coast Gardens can decide to purchase our Damage Waiver or choose to leave a $500 security deposit on a credit card. The damage waiver covers up to $1000 of accidental reported damage. The damage waiver is non- refundable. In lieu of the damage waiver, guests can elect to place a $500 Security Deposit in addition to the Reservation First Payment upon booking the property.
Release of the deposit shall be subject to inspection of the rental property and will be returned approximately fifteen days after departure provided there is no damage or additional charges.

Q. Are there any additional charges?
Yes, they include:
One-time Cleaning Fee, Booking Fee, optional Travel Insurance (6.95% of rental fee), either Damage Waiver or $500 Security Deposit, and Florida and Volusia County Sales and Use Tax at 12.5%.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express debit / credit cards are accepted. A major credit card is required to reserve a property. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card, e-check, or money order.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. Written notice is required for any cancelled reservations at least sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date. CSA is our partnered travel insurance company. We provide our guests with information on how to protect themselves if they need to cancel. We understand that there are unavoidable situations and highly recommend the purchase of this protection.
No refunds can be given for early departure or lack of amenities beyond our control. Cancellations received less than (60) days of your will forfeit the total rental fee you owe. Once paid in full, there will be no refund in the event of a cancellation.

Q: When do I check in or check out?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is by 10:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made with the office. Please check with the office 24 hours ahead of time to see if an early arrival or late departure can be arranged. Availability on early arrivals and late departures will vary as there may be an arriving guest the same day as your departure.

Q. Where do I pick up my key?
There are lockboxes on the doors of all of our properties. Enter the key-code sent to you in your check-in documents and your key will be located inside the lock box. Please return that key to the lock box as there are 2 sets of keys inside the unit to be used during your stay.

Q. Is there maximum guest occupancy?
The unit can be occupied by no more than the maximum number of people indicated below, based on sleeping accommodations, local fire codes and county ordinances. A 1 bedroom unit usually sleeps 4 and a 2 bedroom unit usually sleeps 6.

Q: Are there any restriction or rules relating to the condominiums?

Q. What furnishings do properties include?
All units are comprehensively equipped with the items listed below: Bed linens, Central AC/Heat, Cable TV service, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Cookware, Dishes, Flatware, Glasses, and Iron. Additional amenities may be available—they will be noted in the detailed property description.

Q. What if there is a hurricane, tropical storm or something else unexpected?
The cancellation policy does not provide refunds for any unforeseen developments such as illnesses, hurricane evacuations or similar events that can affect your trip. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.

Q. What happens if I accidentally get locked out of my unit?
There is a lock box is on the door of the property. There are 2 additional sets of key chains inside the unit. (If there are not 2 sets, please notify us by email or phone.) After entering the unit, place the lock box key BACK in the lockbox as there is no Lockout Service provided. Q. What are our departure responsibilities?
Check-out is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Upon check-out your cleaning fee covers two loads of linens for a two bedroom property or one load for a one bedroom. Please be sure to do the following:
• Wash, dry, and fold all beach towels.
• Load and run the dishwasher.
• Empty all trash cans.
• Leave all pool passes on the counter.
• Set the thermostat to 78°.
• Place one key in the lockbox and leave additional keys on the counter.
