Sea Coast Gardens Condominiums is a prized direct oceanfront complex along the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The complex is composed of two buildings, II and III, that each have 85 units.

With one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos that boast spacious layouts, updated features, and the best views of the East Coast, it’s no wonder that Sea Coast Gardens’ properties are highly desired.

All 170 properties have access to the complex’s top amenities, such as two pools and kids pools (one of each seasonably heated), a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck, and private access to the peaceful, clear shore. Property management is on property Monday – Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Note: Our Seawall and deck were destroyed by hurricanes in 2022. The seawall is being rebuilt and should be completed by June/July 2024. The deck will follow by July/August 2024. The dates are dependent on tides, weather, etc.
